Weddings

    We currently do not host weddings or receptions at the winery. We hope to sometime in the future.
    We do however host wedding showers and rehearsal dinners.

FAQ's

When is my date reserved? Your date is reserved when the deposit is received by Bailey’s Run Vineyard.

Will the winery be open to the public? Yes, the winery will be open to the public. Depending on the day/time and details of your request, we may be open to closing the winery for special circumstances. These exceptions typically occur during the weekday. 

May we bring in outside food/beverage?  With the exception of cake, we do not allow outside food or beverage, including soda, beer, spirits.

Is there a food & beverage minimum? Yes, each private event has it’s own minimum based on number of people, day of week, and menu selection. Our Event Coordinator will work with you on selection and costs.

Do you allow decorations? Yes! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, table center-pieces, balloons, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. Candles are not allowed. 

Are minors (under 21 years old) be allowed in the winery? Yes, but only if they are accompanied by their parent.

Bailey’s Run staff reserves the right to refuse to serve any event guest who appears to be intoxicated.

NOTE: In accordance with Wisconsin State Law and Bailey’s Run License, no other alcoholic beverages are permitted at the winery. Only Bailey’s Run wines are allowed on property (including parking lots and around the grounds). Bringing beer or any other alcoholic beverage on the property is illegal and will be considered a breach of contract. Any such breach will result in the termination of the event. It is your responsibility to ensure your guests understand these laws.

Booking Your Event

Our team is eager to help host your spectacular event at Bailey’s Run Vineyard. From CEO’s to Aunts and Uncles. Whether hosting a board of directors or your future in-laws, Bailey’s Run happily accommodates corporate groups or family celebrations, and almost everything in-between.

Our personalized service and exceptional attention to detail means your particular meeting/event will be covered. 

As always, our wines make entertaining at bailey’s Run especially unique and memorable.
